I just signed up with YouTube TV. Do college or local NFL football games ever get blacked out?

Digging a little deeper into this:
-Get 1gb fiber for $75
-Get Hulu (no ads) + HBO Max for $8 (I get $20 credit from AMEX Plat)
-Get an HD Antenna for local channels and live network TV

Questions:
-Best way to get live sports outside of network TV from the antenna? I mainly watch college/NFL football and playoff basketball, but also watch Tennis and Golf.
-What's the best way to have a TV guide and to DVR antenna channels?
-Just buying my tenants a Firestick or Roku seems like the best way, correct? Do I need multiple antennas?

Now set up IPTV and Movie app with Real-Debird.
All on Troypoint. Then You will have live tv/sports and mega ton of movies for less then $26 a month.

I am taking baby steps to maybe cancelling my Dish subscription (or at least reduce it) in six months. I currently have streaming subscriptions with Paramount+, Prime, Amazon, Netflix and Apple TV+. I have an outdoor antenna, but it does not work great here in NW Arkansas. One key requirement I will have to have is I want HD and 4K (when available) quality.

I have a Roku Ultra ordered due to Paramount+ not working great on my seven year old HDTV. My current Dish bill is $117. I am not worried about much live sports except maybe football.

Some must-have channels are USA, TNT, FX, ION, Hallmark, Uptv, Lifetime, Food Network, SyFy plus a lot more standard Dish channels. I am not concerned about movie channels like HBO.

I live between Ponchy and Springfield, waiting forever for ATT after Ida decided to try an OTA antenna. Good Yagi's are preferable, more signal gain than flat panels but can be annoyingly directionally sensitive i.e. outside the wind can throw them off w/o a solid pole and rotor system. Attic install solves that issue.

Rolled the dice on this relatively expensive flat panel and received all Nola channels plus some I didn't know existed, old movie and TV shows on the new to me digital sub channels. Also works towards Baton Rouge yet even though slightly closer, RX is better to Nola. That's mostly b/c the signal path over Lake P has far less attenuation than the all land one to BR.

It receives a few channels Fox & WWL just sitting on a coffee table shooting thru brick. Ideally, the higher the better in my case a one story attic, outside on a pole if you wish it's water resistant. Heavy thunderstorms between me and the TV station cause some signal fade and temporary outages. It was $200 when I purchased, cheaper now.

Regardless of antenna type, the key for distance is having an active, powered preamp. Don't buy any without one they make a huge difference.

Antennas Direct has a good distance / channel mapping web tool by zip code. Click on a station icon to get direction and use your phone's compass to orient your antenna. Then, run your TV's auto channel scan function.

Anyone have difficulty pulling CBS in Baton Rouge? Lpb, NBC, fox and ABC are crystal clear. CBS I pretty much can't get.

I'm in SE BR and have used the antenna app to point properly.
