Obviously there is still time to figure this out. Just wondering if any of you who bought the 3 year plan been given any info on how to sign in when this thing launches? I don't remember creating a username or password.

Do you have any other disney accounts? for the rewards maybe? I'm guessing that's what it's going to be because when I signed up for D23 to get the deal for 3 years it was the same account.

Did anybody have any luck with this? I still haven’t received anything but definitely paid for the three year subscription back in August.

Yea I just got it, thanks...had to turn my WiFi off. I guess something on my company network was messing with it because it just kept saying it couldn’t access my account.

Spotty so far. Seems like a lot of people are trying to access and giving it problems. I’m sure Disney will have it figured out quickly.

Little slow with the constant retry however I was able to start a few movies and boom! Mandalorian later today!

Downloaded it on my LG OLED - go to open app and get an error code

ShieldTV - app install gets the spinning eternal ring of death

Android phone - app installed, no problem. Logged in with my email and password.

Very spotty. Lots of content not loading. A pop up message on Star Wars saying I'm being redirected back to Home.

I can’t get it to work on my phone. Deleted the app and then went to download it again and its gone from the App Store.

I just downloaded the app to my phone no problem.

Just no clue how to sign in. I tried the Forgot Password about 5 minutes ago, but it still hasn't emailed me the code to input.

Found out today that if you have specific Verizon unlimited plans, you can get Disney+ for free for one year. Then $7 a month after that.

Has anyone that signed up for the 3 year deal also used the Verizon free year? My account says that I'm on the Verizon free year but my next billing date is still 3 years from now instead of 4 and I was wondering if anyone had seen it move up a year.

I can't download the app on my Pixel XL or on either of my Android TV boxes. "Your device isn't compatible with this version." Was able to download it on a Chromebook.
