Best cell phone currently on the market through Verizon

After three years my Asus Zenphone AR decided to shite the bed this morning. A pink blob appeared in the upper right hand corner when I hooked it up to my charger and now the blob is taking up the entire corner and has turned black. The rest of the screen is slowing turning pink and purple. I can't even press the icons on the right side of the phone now.
So, I guess it's time to upgrade. I have Verizon so what are my best options? I don't really care about price.

I'm verizon and am a Samsung guy...the new Galaxy looks pretty nice and it seems like they've got a pretty good trade in deal going.

I’ve been on Verizon for a long time
and without a doubt the best of all the services. That said, just get the best iPhone model you can afford. You won’t regret it. Remember to get a screen protector and case.

I’m an IPhone guy but Verizon seems to be worse than it was a few years ago. We’ve all noticed a significant difference in coverage quality in my family in North LA.

I have had a Pixel for a few years now, actually since the Samsung note 7 gotten taken back because of blowing up and catching on fire...... Frustrating. Was definitely a Samsung guy prior to that, but I have been extremely pleased with my Pixel phones.

I have the Samsung Galaxy A71 and it's an excellent phone. It's better than the Galaxy S10 line and has better battery life than the S20 line.
The GOAT phone was the Galaxy S8 Active. I had nearly 2 days of battery life when I first bought it. I decided to get rid of it this past month because the battery life was down to half a day.

After having an iPhone the last 6 years I went to the dark side and got a samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g ...incredible phone

the knock on android was always, the apps are not as refined as they are on IOS. Everything I have installed so far looks just as nice on the 'droid.
With this whole mask thing, nice to have an option for thumbprint.
