Anyone found an Apple charge cord that doesn't go crapola?

I have a pile of broken charge cables, and though the Apple ones seem to last longer than any after market ones, they still go to crap in short order.
Are there any made to last?

Get a braided cord off of amazon. Those seem to last

Lightning cable?
Nomad makes a heavy duty one that I have on order (but haven't tried).
But I don't think I've ever had one go bad, so not sure it'll live up to whatever the frick you're doing to those cables

Remove spring from ink pen. Place at lightning base. Profit

Amazon Basics regular cable.

I've had a few of the Anker cables go to shite, but they are good about replacing them for free. The Amazon Basics cable has been pretty stout for me. I have several and had much less failures with them.
I stay away from braided. They work well for the cable, but the connection sides usually fall apart easy.

You've never had a charge cable become frayed near the plug?
Are you a wizard?

Gotta get the no knot, lightning cables from Amazon. They’re legit and they’re thicker so they don’t break as easily

Yes for my macbook cables.
No for iPhone. I have them all over the place, I'm guessing they just don't get enough traffic?

Are they really that bad? I've never had an Android cable crap out.

If you're having problems with these cables then you are at fault. They are cables for a phone, not your car battery.

I've had luck with this brand: ChargeCords.com
They have a couple of different lengths to choose from too.

Personally I've never had one fray. Do you tightly coil them when packing them for travel?

Anker PowerLine II Lightning Cable
I got the 10 foot one. Can roll over in bed and stay plugged in. I have a few of these and they are great.
I'm told you can do pull ups with them.. haven't tried it though

Apple cables always seem shittier than Android cables.

They usually stop charging before the outer plastic breaks, but some still charge. Just daily use, usually those in the car charger wear out quicker than inside. I don't go out of my way to excessively bend them, and I honestly thought this issue was pretty well known.

Clean out the port on your ipad. I bet it has pocket lint in it.
