In my last chat looking for my shite, I suggested they save money by going straight from the Distribution Center into the dumpster. I seem to have the same chance of receiving my goods either way.

I kid you not. I got an email today from Amazon asking if I wanted to purchase an Amazon locker for picking up my packages conveniently whenever I want. Ummmm no. Just get them to my door for $129 a year.

I was supposed to get a package but they said my address was undeliverable because it was incorrect. Though an Amazon courier delivered a package a week earlier. frickin idiots

I have been off the Prime train for almost a year. There are just too many other retailers that offer equal or quicker shipping without charging you anything for it. I can't believe more people haven't bailed

had 3 packages show up yesterday, 1 fedx not through amazon.
the other 2 were usps through amazon. oddly one of those was a multi item order where the other item is stuck in AMZL US hell. throw in the previous item i mentioned they shipped to the wrong address and the replacement which still has not arrived and now may be lost...seriously wtf is going on?

I ordered theee packages...two got delivered fine and one was “undeliverable - incorrect address”
After spending an hour between the online chat and phone, they finally connected me with a lady in the BR warehouse. She was very nice, but not surprised at all that there was an issue. Cancelled my order and gave me a $5 credit (baller alert).

Did anyone watch the news video? Flex drivers? Random people in personal vehicles. Looked like they were just loading up on free stuff and driving off. Not to mention the pallets sitting out in the weather.

I stopped ordering Amazon a while back due to all the stolen off the porch packages. So no I would not like Amazon to now directly put my purchases in the thieves cars.

Same. Last few items I've ordered off Amazon actually were delivered earlier than first stated when I placed the order.
