Update: just saw an Amazon 18 wheeler rig headed east toward BR or Lafayette a few minutes ago (was just outside of lake Charles).
I really hope these packages aren't going to a tent in any Costco parking lot...sigh....

I’m cancelling Prime when my year is up. Every package is delayed these days. Pathetic

Cancel now, that way you don't forget and give them $120. Your Prime benefits will continue through the date you've already paid for. Make them EARN it back and convince you to go through the trouble of turning renewals back on instead of just forgetting and giving them the opportunity to autodraft and snake the money from you. They're counting on you just forgetting and giving them free money.
Amazon has until June to convince me.

Just got an email stating that they tried to deliver this morning and nobody was here and they didn’t want to leave the package unattended.

amazon will give a $5 credit for any late packages or a extension of your prime. I have some service that does it automatically

No issues with delays but I have had a lot of recent orders where it estimates delivery taking longer than the 2 day guarantee it promises me with prime. That is the main reason I have prime, so if you are going to take more than 2 days, they shouldn't mark it as prime eligible....unless I am missing something.

Just got a message saying 2 packages were delivered at 9:30 this morning and handed directly to a resident...problem is nobody was home at 9:30

$10 says they just dropped it off at your door and marked it as "handed to resident," because it was probably required.

I tried it again, but delivering to my office. One order delivered. One order lost as of today. 11/30/18. I should have learned my lesson and just walked away. I was just offered another $5 credit
