Afraid I’m going to leave Apple

I’ve been an Apple fan and ardent Apple fanatic from the beginning. I’ve owned nothing but Macs, iPods, IPads and iPhones, Apple TV, since they came into existence.
Sadly when I buy a new phone next year I’m afraid it’s not going to be an iPhone.
I feel like I’m getting a divorce.
They want too much money for a phone that isn’t in the same class as Android anymore. Androids are now clearly ahead in features and a lot less expensive.

I’m no apple fanboy. But, I find it odd that they compare the features of one phone ( iPhone 11) to several other phones.
Want this camera? Phone A is better
Like this feature? Phone B has it
Need this thing? Phone C exceeds that.
So, am I to buy Phones A, B, AND C to get all that iPhone has?
Again, I’m not “supporting “ iPhone. I’m just saying compare one phone to one other phone so I can really judge.

I ditched my iPhone for a galaxy about 3 years ago and I'll never go back.
