I think that's one of the main things that keep Apple junkies coming back. Curb Appeal. Similar to wearing a high-fashion, expensive watch. You're making a statement. "I'm related to Steve Jobs and other smart people. Therefore, I'm smart too."

Well, Apple users do have higher income brackets, so they probably are smarter.

This is probably mostly due to corporate requirements that they have to use one over Android, at least in the USA.

God Emperor Trump has two.

You sure? I have one in my office and I damn sure didn't click that ugly mess on.

I'm not going to argue with you on this, as I'm not doubting your computer shows this screen. But I've got a laptop with Windows 10 at home and a desktop with Windows 10 at work and I have never seen a screen like that. Just a regular desktop. Must be some weird setting that came on from your manufacturer. My laptop is an Acer and I believe the one at work is hp, but not 100 % sure

Nah. There dozens of articles like this one out there:
quote:

IPhone owners tend to have higher incomes and spend more on technology than Android users do, according to a survey by crowdsourced shopping platform Slickdeals. Those who use iPhones have an average annual salary of $53,251, making them more likely to splurge on shopping than Android users, whose average salary is $37,040, per the survey.

I mean that isn't saying much. Average for Android is definitely going to be lower because so many crap phones come with Android. Ones they give out for free and such. The masses are going to be overloaded with them.

Much higher earners are going to tend to be restricted to Apple as well for corporate reasons over Android in the USA.

This is a silly stat to attack Android over, Apple control easily gets them this stat.

And, why is that?

Blackberry and Windows phones collapsing, along with being an American company. Google not really putting a ton of effort into going after their own hardware til much later helped too. Enterprise focused on Apple products cause Apple put more effort there for Enterprise to control their hardware.
