Not sure taking James out was the right move. Columbia looks lost all of a sudden.

I forgot how awful the Colombian fans and players are when they’re up late in games.

Why aren't there any penalties for throwing balls on the field or throwing drinks like Mexico was the other night?

The same reason that the refs overturned their decision when Texas fans threw shite on the field: Fear of what more the fans may do.

Colombia remains atop Group K and has clinched a spot in the knockout rounds after defeating Congo 1-0 to move to 6 points in the standings.

Portugal is also well on its way to the knockout stage after throttling Uzbekistan 5-0. The Portuguese now have 4 points & a +5 goal differential.

Colombia & Portugal will play each other on match day 3 to determine which side will win the group.

DR Congo has 1 point & a -1 GD while Uzbekistan is on 0 points & a -7 GD. These 2 teams will meet on match day 3 looking for a win & help to get out of the group.

I guess Congo still has a shot at 2nd place if Colombia beats Portugal & Congo dominates Uzbekistan to the tune of whatever it'll take to flip GD into the Congo's favor since they drew with Portugal on match day 1

Congo just needs to run it up on Uzbekistan, pretty much guaranteeing a 3rd place qualification.

But can you imagine if Colombia leads like 1-0 and Portugal learns DR Congo leads Uzbekistan like 5-0 in the 80th minute?

CR7 gonna do some serious play some serious hero ball trying to get Portugal back over DR Congo for 2nd
