They are overmatched which is why they came in to game to park the bus and play for a goalless draw as long as Spain stayed off scoreboard

I feel like this is how I watched the US in the World Cup in the past.
Never have possession always feel like the opposition is getting shots on goal but by some sort of miracle not getting run out of the stadium

Ive only been watching this game for about 20 minutes, but it's very impressive how Cape Verde's defense is holding. They can't hold an offensive possession for even 5 seconds, but they continue to hold strong on defense.
This has to be seen as a massive win for that country.
