As much as European fans sucked off Turkey pre tournament, I'm extremely unimpressed. They are very mediocre.

We may beat them with the backups.

We know Turkey can attack and Paraguay (before facing the US) has a good defensive record, so does the early goal really favor Paraguay? I think it just puts Turkey more on the attack

Of course it does. turkey needing 2 goals is a big task

I like our odds

A Turkey loss means they are eliminated which would be a brand new experience for us, having to play a true dead rubber match in the group stage finale.

With the Australia we saw today, it's amazing they beat Turkey
Even if Turkey has underwhelmed so far

Amazing after that first game theres a possibility Paraguay finish 2nd in group. They’ll have a great chance if they pull this off

That’s how the blue bloods do it—play one less game than everyone else!

Feels like only a matter of time for Turkey to get an equalizer.

All diving should be an immediate red card. Play a bunch of 9 on 7

They’ll learn that way.

When you trail them, you almost have to let them attack to open the game up.
