Also a good chance that an 0-1 loss isn't fatal. It's going to be a game to see how many you can put on Iran.

With that said, watch Iran play the USA like it's the SB.

By the time we play Iran we’re only going to have half our roster between injury and yellow card accumulation.

Like our players, not our coach. Can players talent overcome coaching? We’ll know in 2 hours

Posted this before the game on page 10. We have our answer that most of us knew. We have the wrong coach for this time in our soccer history. Wasted so much young talent and after we fail to qualify we’ll get another insider hire for 26 and rinse/repeat. But if we fail to make it out of group it hurts the US soccer in many ways. We have been the laughing stock after failing to qualify and here we are with wrong coach.

We saw this in leadup and werextold just wait til he has all our players. Well, we do and then we fold/fail in second half tactics.

Too bad for all those who took off work going to watch parties. There is a path but its harder now. We saved players but why? You have a win in hand but messed up on subs and tactics. To players this will feel like a loss.

This is the most worrying part of the outcome from today.

The US has only won 2 World Cup games since the end of 2002.

Does England throw it to Wales if they beat the US on Friday?

Had one shaky moment. Otherwise yes he played pretty well. No idea how that’s controversial.

We're not Germany. Neither are Wales.

England will look for nine points and consistent form. Their biggest fear is a letdown game after blasted a bad opponent.

I felt the opposite. I thought he played good and then made one terrible mistake coming out of goal at the end.

This is true. McKennie and CP both looked injured. What else is new.

Also, England know they'll get destroyed by their fans if they lose to Wales. That match will be personal for them regardless of the standing by that time. It's still not ideal though. Really need Iran to pull out a draw.

He was shaky on that one ball, completely wiffed when trying to play the ball on the Wales header that just barely missed

That was a great save he made for sure

Hopefully it’s out of his system and he is getting that match sharpness

It’ll probably come down to goal difference

Need to take iran to pound town and not lose by more than a goal to England
