It has been 3,065 days since the false prophet Julian Green inexplicably made the best off ball run of his football career to sneak a goal past Courtois in extra time.
3,065 days since Tim Howard became a USMNT legend for all the right reasons, and Chris Wondolowski became one for all the wrong reasons.
Three thousand and fricking sixty five days since we've seen our beloved stars and stripes in a World Cup.
Finally the wait is over.
Let's go beat these sheep frickers on our way to shocking the whole gawd damn planet. Either get on the GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG train or you and your payless shoes get off the tracks.
but most importantly, don't forget...

Same here, except Im working black Friday too. I'm wearing my Usmnt jersey, hat, and a scarf on our conference call in the morning to let my boss know I'm not gonna be worth a shite come 1pm tomorrow and Friday.
He's Iranian American (far more American though in terms of culture) so we're both off next Tues lol.
Everyone has taken off this week so I’ve got two very light meetings then go lift before taking in the games. Just need to find a bar (rural WI) that will carry the game, not looking good thus far.

Yes - went to all the US games there in 2014. It’s a great scene. Top 5 sports moment was being in that bar when John Brooks scored the winner against Ghana in 2014. Definitely get there early.
