So CP said this morning that he wanted to play in the friendlies but the coaching staff said no. The plot thickens.

This is so dumb on Poch’s part. Let the high level guys practice with the scrubs and play a few minutes in the friendlies. Also helps the team gel and integrate Poch’s tactics.

At this point, you’ve got to bring in the GOAT in some capacity to right the ship.

I'm convinced the only reason Dortmund took him is so he wouldn't be available for the USMNT and then get hurt and they wouldn't be able to sell him this summer.

And with his injury issues I don't blame them for mothballing him until a buyer comes along.

Bumpity bump

Poch's resume since taking over:

vs FIFA Top 50
1-6-0
- only win is a friendly vs Panama
- 0-2 vs Mexico (after we had been unbeaten against them since 2021)

vs FIFA >50
6-0-0
- only non CONCACAF win is vs Saudi Arabia

Poch may or may not suck but this isn't on him. Our players that chose not to be here let us down.

Hiring European coaches does not work. This team will make the knockout rounds at the WC and be 1 and done again, and we'll continue to scratch our heads and wonder why.

We beat Mexico's A-team with a B/C-team in 2021.

We lost to Mexico with Pulisic and the rest under Poch too.

We've gotten collectively worse under Poch.

Musah? Who else? I’m pretty sure everyone else wanted to be there. Poch made some puzzling selection and lineup decisions.

From 2021 - March 2024 we were 4-0-1 against Mexico and 4-0 in competitive matches playing a litany of different lineups.

From October 2024 to now we are 0-2-0 against Mexico and we're now out here patting Poch on the back for having a lead for a little bit?

frick that.

This feels like it would be a good showing at this point.
