You got what you wanted, welcome to the Will Trapp era.

That's like saying we can't be critical of O because we were critical of Miles. Or same with Arsene and Emery. It was time for Bradley to stop being the heart of the team....but that doesn't mean Trapp was the answer. Unless the question was who can be the singlehandedly worst player ever to put on a USMNT jersey?

I think Bradley is still the starter.

Still our best option at striker and it really isn't remotely close.

Oh I know. Always been a fan, even if he makes it tough at times

Yes bc it’s be impossible for Bradley to suck, and Trapp to suck worse. Bradley in the team at this point is not a good thing. What’s jermain Jones doing? Maybe Tab wants a run out now that u20’s are done?

Bradley shouldn’t be able to get in the squad at this point. The fact that he can signals a larger dilemma with the lack of talent behind him.

Find me a game where we lost because of Bradley... I'll wait.

I think we will quickly have to scrap this to put Adams at the 6. Even his club team thinks the RB thing is absurd

No joke, both Jones and Donovan recently played on the USMNT of arena soccer.

You’re missing my point. The knock isn’t on Bradley, it’s that we don’t have anyone who can take his spot.

Bradley at Roma was a midfield general

You haven't been paying attention to this board then. Even when he scored that long strike against Mexico, people were hating on him.

He’s only 31 and one of the best midfielders to ever put on the shirt. While his best years are clearly behind him, he absolutely has the level necessary to still start for this team, in the right formation.

Depressing that since McBride’s retirement, he has been the USMNT’s best striker. That’s over a decade now.

Jozy is the best pure striker that the USMNT has ever had.

Let’s be honest. He’s on the decline, and not the player he once was either. Good bad or worse he looks to still be the best we’ve got. Will be interesting to see what develops this cycle but unless we are saving it all for the gold cup it feels to me like we are moving further away from WC qualifying.
