The "collar" though...

EDIT: either do a collar, or don't do one. But don't do a pretend one. I think my kit-buying days are behind me.

I kind of like them. The design is so subtle so it works ok. And something about the collar is sort of cool.

Skrtel looks like the prototype neonazi.

i've always thought this, but he seems to be good dude, for the most part.... gives his all on the pitch, and that's all we can really ask for.... has become our most dependable defender in the process....

i like the subtly, but i so very wish that they'd go back to adidas...

as long as they stay away from Nike and their fricking terrible designs, i'm good, though...

I hated the last Adidas home kit and am glad we don't have to have the three stripes, though it works sometimes...

NB doesn't seem to have the cheesiness of Warrior though, with the tribal looking crap..

From far away where you can't see all the detail, they look pretty good. But I'm with y'all on the faux collar.

I wish we could incorporate the two flames in a classy manner somewhere on our kits besides the back of the collar area. Dear Byrd, I have officially put down the Balo drum and now hope that Ings and Origi can fill the striker roles when DS invariably goes down next year. I am all in for the FA Cup this year and a strong EPL finish.

I am all in for the FA Cup run too, but I will beat the Balo drum until it exists no more. I am a HUGE fan of Origi though. When he came in against the U.S. in the world cup, he made some fantastic runs. Seems very adept, and fluid.

He doesn't really score in France. I hate ManU, City, Chelsea and Tottenham. Origi isn't the answer for Pool next season. To expect him to ramp up isn't realistic. I want Pool to do well, but to expect Origi to score more in England than he does is France is a pipe dream.

I get that. I wasn't insinuating he come in next year and blow it up... Just that he has plenty of time to develop and could be very exciting later in his career.

He'll definitely get better service here. It's my understanding that Lille played a pretty defensive game, not sure if anyone can confirm?

Based upon the service Balo has gotten I wouldn't count on it. He's definitely a higher effort guy though from what I watched.

Glass is right but I am trying to be realistic about our chances going into next year without Europe. I think Ings and Origi, along with Studge, are what we are looking at for next year. I don't expect to sell Balo for a ton of cash so who knows what else we can get over the summer. In a perfect world all parties involved figure out how to make a talent like Balo work but I'm exhausted hoping for this to occur.

Here's the rumored away kit. The one I'll be buying this year.

Only wish the shorts were traditional black!
