Most typical bids are their 12 or less cities and thats it.
Im sure FIFA would sit down and look at what places are best for foreign people to go and where FIFA can make the most money

One thing that is not bias though is it's infrastructure is better than Bmore, Denver, and Philly. Yes I've been to all these places. If Texas does one thing right it's roads.

Houston wins over Bmore 100%
but roads isn't a big deal b/c most fans would stay in the heart of the city they are visiting the bigger issue is getting them to our stadiums which most of them are in the suburbs now days and not in the heart of the city.

Like I said before ticket sales rely heavily on the locals. Thats why the city's sports culture is a factor.

Is the ATL's new stadium going to be downtown like the Dome, because that was one of the easiest stadiums I've ever gotten to.

And anyone thinking Nashville will host over Atlanta is crazy. Atlanta will beat out Nashville 99 out of 100 times.

Most definitely, it has the hotel rooms as a convention city and an INTL airport that is easily assessable with public transportation and downtown. Also, ATL gets plenty of crap like all cities, but it is fairly compact for visitors and there are a lot of nice, easy places to eat/ enjoy nightlife ( Midtown/VA Highlands/Inman Park that are all pretty close to downtown center.
Nashville has a great downtown vibe as well, but it just isn't even close when discussing ease of travel from INTL locations. Also, plenty of countries have at least official representatives in the ATL area.

If you really can't find something to do in Atlanta, then you are trying harder to not have fun than the other way around.

I brought Nashville up and am late to defend it but nonetheless....
Yes ATL has a better 'big event' infrastructure than Nashville. But, it's not like Nashville's is totally non-existant. I never meant to compare the two. The great thing about the way the city is set up is that it was built to host big events downtown. From the number of hotels to LP field being on the river (pedestrian bridge across from downtown) to the super-modern downtown convention center that is massive.... The area around Broadway has been developed to handle these kinds of things.
Nashville could most certainly host a few WC matches. It would be one of the last selections (no doubt behind ATL) but it would deserve to be selected at the end. The city has a history of fighting for and supporting such events. Those saying it couldn't handle it obviously haven't spent time there anytime recently.

I personally love Nashville. And I think it could be considered a WC spot.
One thing I wonder though is that since the city is so centered around country music culture, would that help or hinder their chances of getting a WC spot.
I ultimately think it could help, but to put Nashville over ATL is absurd. Someone needs to get past their nfl bias.

10-15 years ago, it would hurt the city's chances. Now, it's too diverse to label it In such a narrow stereotype. It's completely changed in the last 15 years and is absolutely booming.
