The answer is Manaus to Porto Alegre.

Probably Curitiba-Fortaleza.

Porto Alegre is further south than Curitiba. Plus, Manaus is really out there.

Atlanta, Houston, and Nashville would do very very well as southern sites for a WC in the US.

I agree but people from other countries don't come to visit Houston and Nashville. This is about the best cities who host and we only have 12 to pick.

Atlanta will be a venue if the world cup comes to the states. guaranteed.

Not arguing it wouldn't be, I just think Reliant would be a top 5 venue for a WC in the US. Plus it's only 2 hours from my house.

I would put in Houston before Denver. What were the host cities in 94?

I think having Boston, NYC, Philly, Washington, and Baltimore would be awesome. Five venues that are all quite drive able (except for that traffic).

It probably could be done by keeping it on the east of the Mississippi. Atlanta, Minneapolis, Indy, Miami, Tampa, Charlotte, and Chicago could be all choices. There are still plenty of other stadiums.

What are the rules regarding domes?

Then if a pitch can fit in the Superdome it would have to be in NOLA. If stuff to do other than watch games is a criteria. WTF you going to do in Denver in the summer? Houston is ahead in that category.

Houston is kind of a no brainer to me.

Transportation is easy
Stadium is nice
Good soccer interest
Most diverse city in America
4th largest city in America
Plenty of hotels, entertainment, and food

Not with the new stadium being built in ATL.

ATL has much better infrastructure for holding these events than Nashville

Yes still. Nashville blows Atlanta out the water. It's actually not even close.
