So I've finally exhaled, since Jozy went down. Ghana can't do shite along our right so they've stayed going against the Besler and Beasley.

Jones has been playing like a man on fire all over the pitch, and probably would have ripped the guys throat out had he not assumed the fellow would get a yellow for the unsafe tackle and a second for getting on top of him.

In addition to attacking Jones, Ghana has seemed to also be trying to put Beckerman out of commission.

Howard has been superb in goal, and judging by the play of the left side we're going to need him to be that way through the tourny.

Here's hoping to a great second half where we can get some insurance goals, and the karmic soccer gods smite the tPOS Ghanese.

Who said this? If anything, I would take out Beasley and do a defensive alignment shift.

Fab to left back, Besler stays, Cameron right back, brooks to center. Unless of course Besler is also injured.

From what I read, this is the theory behind the 4-4-2 diamond. The backs push up which leaves the CDM and two center backs potentially exposed to counter-attacks.
