Feel bad for IC, but they deserved the loss by the way they played.

I also thought it was a correct penalty call.

Greece looked good today guys. They created chances and earned it. I had fun watching Greece play today.

Dude are you serious? How is that not a penalty? Samaras's leg is coming forward to strike the ball and IC defender had his leg in the way and prevented the shot from occurring

I didn't really have a problem with the penalty call.

That's like ten times worse than Portugal and us. What a sickening feeling that must be to lose on that horse shite

We both gave up goals on the last kick of the game to prevent us from advancing. Doesn't matter whether it was to tie or to lose. Only difference is we have a chance to redeem ourselves while IC mistake knocked them out of the tourney

IC had two counterattacks there to go up 2-1 there at the end and they blew both. amazing.

I can see it now...

Greece bunkering the whole match and either winning 1-0 off a set piece or in penalties at 0-0. Going to be a horrible match probably.

He's old, they had to sub him out. Like I said earlier, he should not have started. You put him around the 65th minute. You need his experience at the end of a game like this.

this ^^^ i was shocked he started. He had come in and brought energy, the team fed off of it.

with just 10 minutes left in the match, you're better off keeping him on, though. those older guys can still run around for 90+.

i do agree, he would have been better off being brought on in the 2nd half
