frick by that time im going to be almost 30 and married with a kid. My dad is gonna 60 in 2026, can they just give us the fricking 2022 cup?

Assuming nothing happens with 2022, 2026 is the last chance for a decade, 2030 opens back up to Europe and 2034 is almost certainly going to Uruguary.

I've actually got my dates messed up 
2030 will almost certainly be Uruguary as it is the centenary anniversary of the first World Cup which was held in Uruguary.
They are able to bid on it, just seems like one of those things that is sown up
