Such bullshite. Putting soccer content up behind paywall after paywall only stalls growth of soccer in this country, which is on a downward trajectory anyway thanks to our esteemed governing body

Maybe the with the EPL, but that’s even stopped with every EPL match on regular cable tv
But there was plenty of soccer on tv ten years ago between ESPN, Goltv, fox sports world/ soccer etc....

next year there will be a Gold Peacock package that only shows Wednesday games, for $5 a month
then the year after, 1st halves of games will be on Super Gold (also $5),, while 2nd halves will be shown on NBC Unobtanium, for $10

It’s far better now and that’s not even debatable
Literally every single game in the EPL, LaLiga, Serie A and Bundesliga have a contract through a cable channel

Honestly it's not much diff than gold or premier league pass in the past except you get all the content on peacock. I went ahead and paid the $50 for the year. That's not just for soccer.
What sucks is still having to use nbc sports app and peacock.

I've made it a long time without cable. But Its easy to catch Arsenal games and I go to LSU home games so I'm not really missing them, plus every bar would have the away game on or I go to a friend's house or watch via antenna if on cbs.

That’s not true
It was only the case for the EPL when it first came to NBC but not anymore as it’s been through a pay wall
Serie A as well on ESPN+
Not every Bundesliga was on fox channels but once on ESPN+ was through a pay wall
As for La Liga, LMAOO not even close to every match being on tv
All these pay walls are like 10 years ago when you could get basically all the leagues but had to pay extra on satellite
So not every match from those leagues is on cable tv

Should have phrased that better:
They have a contract with a conglomerate and you can get every game through their app or streaming service
EPL- all games via NBCSN and NBC Gold (now Peacock)
Bundesliga- games on FS1 and FoxSportsGo now on ESPN+
Serie A- Espn +
La Liga- games on BeIn and BeinSports connect
Also: Ligue1 on beinSports and BeinSports Connect
Sure you gotta pay a little but they’re all right there
Not fuhgazy streaming or only one game a weekend which is normally only the big clubs

I’m not going to commit money to something when my Saturday mornings will be consumed a lot with my kids soccer. Also this will just mean I watch more of what’s available which might be Bundesliga
