Philadelphia Union attacker Cavan Sullivan has earned a call-up from the United States for the upcoming September/October FIFA international window, sources told ESPN.
The official announcement will take place on Sept. 17, with Sullivan as part of the squad set to take on Peru, Chile, Mexico and Canada over the course of the window.

Well shite. I bought tickets for me and my son to go watch Sullivan in KC on Saturday. Good for him though.

In the 8 games since the World Cup ended Cavan has scored five and assisted five. The only player in MLS to match those numbers over that time frame is Lionel Messi.

Cavan played his arse off Saturday night. Glad we got to see him in person. André Luiz was fun as hell to watch too. Didn’t expect to see 7 goals. It was a wild night for sure.

He can’t go to England until at least 18. If he went to Europe now it’s probably some Manchester city loaner team in France or Belgium.

Pulisic had a Croatian passport and Germany has different rules than England. Essentially, Post-brexit you now have to be 18 to play in England if non-domestic.
