The Barca one is not weak.
yeah it was. how many times have you seen a striker finish a shot even after the whistle has gone? that ref was a bitch.

And are you sure that's how it went down against liverpool? Wasn't their gaol in the 11th minute of stoppage?
Yeah, I kinda remember it pretty well...was scarred into my memory. The minute of stoppage time is irrelevant. The corner came immediately after the restart so the ref wasn't going to blow it at that point. Was one of those times were an actual clock would have favored us, but the ref wasn't going to blow the end of the match considering we never cleared the corner.
And the entire world universally agreed that the Barca call was ridiculous. RvP shoots after the offside whistle frequently and I can't recall another time he was carded. That time it was clear he didn't even hear the whistle. I think someone timed it and said he kicked it less than a second after the whistle anyways.

Also apparently Bendtner either was out clubbin' while home in Denmark "injured" or he got injured while clubbin' in Denmark. Either way, that's not really what you want to see out of the guy. Might as well cash in on him during the summer.

if Wenger won't play him centrally, he might as well be sold.

He's too slow to be played centrally. Sell him for £15 million and put that toward Hazard.

That's right, but I'm talking about the first yellow where he lost his temper. I'm not still trying to convince y'all RvP is a problem, just clarifying what I meant.

RvP is one of the last we should sell. Diaby and Denilson are much bigger problems with what they do on the field. Yeah RvP was/is a dick, but at least he scores goals when he plays.

Diaby
I want to keep him. (When he is healthy) he generally puts on an above average performance, imo. He's not elite, but if we can keep him for depth I'd love it.

Denilson
gonna get bumped out by the likes of Coquelin, I hope

He's also prone to stupidity, see Newcastle and Man U last year.

Frimpong back in training with the first team.
Tommy V is back, captaining the Reserves tonight vs. Manchester United.
Who is ready to have their soul eaten and shat out again this weekend?

Finally nice to win a match against SAF. It had been a while. Aaron Ramsey played great and holy shite Arshavin made like eleventy-gagillion slide tackles. I am still basking in the glow.
I got nervous as shite when Squid replaced Djourou.

Arshavin was constantly slide tackling. Probably more than he actually ran

He hustled his tricky little Russian arse off. Time to sell Fabregas and go with Ramsey, Wilshere and Song in the mid field.
Posted on 5/2/11 at 7:50 am to glassman
Ramsey missed at least 1 other easy goal imo
Posted on 5/2/11 at 8:58 am to Ryne Sandberg
So what, everyone misses easy goals. He passed well and had a great presence on the pitch.

oh, I acknowledge that for sure. Cesc is becoming an unneeded distraction, like Tevez. Sell 'em both

It is time for the sale of Fabregas for sure. He has been a great player for The Gunners but I can't see Wenger putting up with another summer of distractions.

Wenger does like younger men

should be able to get a world class CB and Goalie with the proceeds...
