Arsenal loses this match two years ago. Near the Arctic Circle on turf. We are a new animal with desire and belief. Can't wait for Sunday.

That was a nervy game. Bodo missed on a lot of decent chances. We were fortunate… something I’m grateful for after years of never seeming to be on the winning end of games like this one.

Anyone know where I can find highlights of this game? I want to see highlights of Turner specifically.

it’s not Matt Turner specific, but that’s the official match highlights. Full game replay will be on paramount tomorrow if you want to watch it.

We were lucky there, but I’m positive their player was offsides on the build up to the pk.

Wow the ref actually went to VAR and got it right when does that ever happened for us? What a weird game? Power outage causes a 40 minute delay WTF? Only caught the last 30 minutes but this one would be a loss for most of the premier league and us for most seasons. That said Great fricking Win Gunners!!

Happy Invincibles Day! Thank you Liverpool!

Boys clearly looked gassed out there in the second half. Leeds is a tough place to play at.

Defense was pretty solid today. That Saliba handball shouldn’t even of happened because there was a CLEAR offsides leading up to that call.

The football gods knew and that’s why they missed the PK.

We were poor in the second half but credit to Leeds, they wanted it. Those subs by Arteta saved us. Great subs.

4 points clear at the top! Get some rest men! We go again Thursday!

Idk, I like him. I thought he was better than Saliba this game and is kind of the enforcer. He just needs to calm it down a tad. On that red he was shoved and Bamford was totally faking and it fooled the Ref.

But these are the games we used to not win. Leeds outplayed us in the second but still couldn’t score. The last title team had a lot of tough wins and draws.

We just got to keep it going. Strengthen in January.

The first pk.

You don’t even need var, that’s such a clear offside the AR should have flagged it and killed the play. He’s standing rt in line with the player. This is atrocious referring.

The second half was probably the only half this season we were completely outplayed by our opponents. But still got the 3 points so I’m not complaining. 2 away games on 2 days rest is never going to be easy but this team continues to show lots of resilience.

Team is clearly getting leggy with the fixture congestion. I’m not sure I would be playing as many of the first choice 11 in Europa as much as we are. We’ve gotten away with it so far but given the position in the league I’d rather heavily prioritize that at this point.

The WC break should actually help us, can hopefully get smith Rowe back and a good number of our first team players should be getting a good amount of rest.

Tough week to get our toughest competition in the Europa League.

PSV is no joke, will be a tough game this Thursday. Hopefully the fact that the game is at home will help us.

I think we've played as few of our PL starters as possible. There are a few positions where we don't have much depth (winger, CM, LB). Most matches we have a teenager or two filling a spot. At LB you have Zinny and Tierney, but Zinny is injured. At RB you have White and Tommi - but Tommi is filling in at LB. With Elneny injured you have Xhaka, Partey and Lokonga. Same type of issue on the wings - but so far in EL they've played only 3 or 4 "starters". You now have Nelson (who's out of contract) and Cedric just coming back from injuries, and it looks like he's at least trying to work Nelson into the rotation. If you had Zinny, Elneny and ESR back - then that solves most of those issues. But clearly there is room to strengthen in January.

Also - it's important that we win the group, it saves us 2 games against the CL drop down teams. PSV is right on our tails, if we win Thursday, it all but secures us winning the group and avoiding the extra games. If/once we secure top of the group - I think we will see even heavier rotation.

Winning EL would be a big deal. While winning the PL would be fantastic, I still can't get on board thinking that is a possibility. An EL trophy also puts you in pot 1 for CL.

Agreed they are a good team. But at least we aren’t playing City like originally planned coming off their first loss. Win this one we avoid those 2 extra games down the line against one of the third place CL teams. And if you look at that list it could be a top club dropping down to the EL.

Yeah i didnt think about the whole traveling to norway and then coming back on friday. So you dont really have the days to train. This weeks game against psv is at home before the away trip to south hampton. So hopefully that sets up better.

Big one today. Saliba is about to put Gakpo in his pocket.
