According to journalists well connected (Charles Watts the main one) we are selling Xhaka to Leverkusen for 21.5 million pounds. Holy shite. Amazing fee for 1 year left on the deal and 31 years old.

No one pinch me.

£100m plus £5m add ons. It’s the most expensive signing ever for Arsenal and most expensive English player ever.

Arteta & Edu, crucial to make it happen.

I know a guy who bought a Sanogo jersey.

Arsenal are killing the transfer market. It's a new day for the club and fans.

Very happy with how everything has been going.

We've got 3 signings added to the team before our first pre-season game. Nelson and Saliba contract extensions would be wonderful to round it out.

Add another player or two to the mix once we get some outgoings and this off-season has been an A so far.

crybaby Gaby Jesus left man city because pep made him cry and call his mommy for benching him for a game.

Arsenal's number 9:

quote:

"There was a Champions League game, PSG, at home, in which he put [Oleksandr] Zinchenko as a false 9. Crazy thing," Jesus said. "The day before, he didn't even use him [Zinchenko] in training, he had put me in as a striker... Zinchenko even joked with me: 'that day I felt bad for you.'

"Two hours before the game, there's a team talk, the team eats, rests for 30 minutes and goes to the game. He told us the team... I didn't even eat. I went straight to the room, crying, I called my mother to talk: 'I want to leave.' I'm going home, because he put him [Zinchenko] on, and he didn't put me on. He put a left-back there. I went crazy."

Figured the last post in the season thread shouldn’t be some rando bitching about our #9.

Thanks for the memories Xhaka LINK
