This was a much needed performance. Everyone played well. Hopefully Theo and Giroud will fire on from here. I really like what I've seen from Elneny. We look way more fluid with him in the middle.

Feels like today's win was massive just for the fact that it means we don't have a league game for another week now to allow us to get some guys possibly back from injury.

It just would have helped if we didn't lose 3 players to injury today, but thankfully Per and Gabrial's don't seem like anything serious.

Don't know much about concussion protocol, just thinking per might not be able go if they were playing saturday.

I honestly don't care if we win the fa cup, because the league was there for the taking. I fully expect to be dominated by Barca on Wednesday no matter who starts.

Not concussed. Per will be okay and so will Gabriel. This board knows I love Aaron, but him being out might help what we have to do down the stretch. Elneney is better at that role at this point. He won't score like Ramsey, but that really isn't what we need right now.

Three in a row is a pretty big deal.

Me too, but they really didn't dominate us in the first round. At the Nou Camp it could get ugly, but
we weren't going to beat them any way.

If we were 5 points ahead in the league right now I wouldn't care about the cup either.

We've won it 12 times, I've seen six of those. I think Robson had said this in the hull game, that Arsene didn't think he could survive if they had lost to hull when they went down 2-0 in 14.

So another 4th place finish and fa cup just keeps everyone in North London happy. Rinse repeat.

This sucks for depth, but I like the idea of Coq and Elneny in the middle with Campbell on the right.

I really like when we play Ramsey on the "right" and basically end up playing a 4-3-1-2. It leaves us a little open on the opponents' left flank but gives us advantages elsewhere and brings out the best in Ramsey, Ozil, Alexis, Bellerin, etc.

But, Campbell has been very good this year. His link up play is wonderful. I have no objection to him getting more minutes. Would love to see a front six of

Coq-Elneny
Campbell-Ozil-Alexis
Welbeck

Giroud was on though. Stupid challenge, but Arsenal finally catches a break.

Like how they came out with tempo, need to do this more often. Just got to be better in front of goal. If we could just get back half the player Sanchez was last season.

Spoke too soon.

Ah well, an FA hat trick is not easy. We were bound to run into trouble sooner or later.

I do get tired though, of those close ups of Giroud holding his head after shanking another golden opportunity.

Got to go with welbeck up top.

And again Wenger, why take off one of your best players and leave Sanchez who was awful in?

What a disappointing season. Wenger has to go. Im done with the constant underachieving year after year. We are in desperate need of a fresh approach.

One thing that happened today that I did like was Alexis playing on the right. He's so damn predictable on the left.
