Same here. Not expecting anything from today's game though. A point would be huge and a big confidence boost going into our next 3 which is going to make or break us: Norwich, Bournemouth, Villa

I'll provide a little update on your opponent today:

Expect us to lineup narrow in a diamond as we have been doing recently. I expect Arsenal to have a vast majority of possession and we try to make this one ugly and look for a moment of brilliance from Gylfi, Ayew and/or Paloschi

Expect Ayew and Paloschi up top. We have yet to find our best position for Ayew as he seems more suited out wide in a 4-3-3 but he is too good to not have on the field. Paloschi provides great movement so look for him to run the channels and have Gylfi play him in. Cork, Britton and Ki will probably round out the MF.

Defense will probably be the usual Rangel, Fernandez, Williams and Taylor. Rangel is more intelligent than Naughton but can be beaten with pace easily. Our fullbacks offer very little going forward which sucks because when you play a diamond you need that width

Key subs or other players you might see if we don't roll out the diamond:

Modou Barrow - young, fast, very direct winger. Think a more polished Montero. I've been wanting him to get the starts recently but no place for him in the diamond. One of the few bright spots this year has been his play

Gomis - will provide multiple offside stoppages upon entering game

Montero - hasn't been featured at all recently but might be brought back in soon. When he's on, he's a nightmare for fullbacks

Here's an update on us.

Expect us to play like utter crap.

All seriousness, I hope Elneny starts, either for Ramsey/Coq or moving Ramsey wide.

I'd play:

Cech
Bellerin-Gabriel-Kosc-Monreal
Coq-Elneny
Welbeck-Ozil-Alexis
Giroud

I've already given up. I am interested to see how we will meltdown. Will it be a 0-0 draw? Or another Wigan 2010 fiasco? Or some new strange way of throwing our chances away?

A goalless draw at home would sum up this season perfectly.

Are we talking about swans or totts?

Also, I'm in Hawaii right now. The NLD starts at 2:45 AM. If I stay up to 2:45 in the morning to be disappointed... Well let's just say at this point I won't be surprised in the slightest.

I'm actually nervous. Leceister finally drop points, this side seriously lack the ambition to make a final push. I keep watching shite sides play with more heart and guys I've never heard of scoring beautiful goals, yet Arsenal will most likely struggle to score at home again.

Then you have Tottenham and west brom. This could go south in a hurry.

No doubt. I'm just going to stay positive for now that we win and Tottenham drop or draw with West Ham and we're right back in it.

Why is Ramsey always so far up the pitch, why is Giroud found so far back often, why do Sanchez and Ramsey dribble so damn much, why can't our centerbacks organize their marking?

Ramsey is exceptionally good coming back to the ball and turning/running into space. He's not good connecting defense to attack. He can only function at his best with a ball playing DM next to him.

We get caught out on the counter way to easily. It's been like this for years. On the upside Campbell has had a strong half. Would like for him to start at RW and Welbeck start CF in the NLD.
