Well Stage One of my global beatdown took place on the plains of Auburn ... the stage is set for Part Two at Stamford Bridge.

Come on, you Gunners! Reverse the trend!

What Arsene is doing playing Ozil out wide is akin to a basketball coach taking a great playmaking guard like John Stockton and trying to make a power forward out of him.

Just so annoying to watch them pass & pass & pass & pass around the box then get nothing to show for it. Zero shots on target is just embarrassing.

I didn't get a chance to watch. Were we even competitive?

I thought Flamini was fantastic, we need more of that from him. Ozil has been disappointing this season, I think that a quick spell on the bench should do him and his fitness well. I liked our defensive shape. A moment of Hazard brilliance won this for Chelsea.

This game hurts because of all of the shitty draws that we've had thus far this season. Tottenham, Leicester, and imo City and Everton were games we should have won. Regardless, we should not be dropping points to Leicester and Tottenham. That's 4 points. In our wins, we've needed a 91st minute goal by Ramsey against Crystal Palace and 3 minutes to kill the game at Aston Villa.

I'm just tired of drawing. That shite is going to catch up to us.

On the bright side, FEOOOOOOOO is coming back after the international break

Yes. We just couldn't get a damn shot on goal. We sliced up their defense a couple of times on the counter in the first half but our final pass/touch was horrid. Chelsea just packed the box when we were on their half and we couldn't break them down.

Wilshere had a chance in the first half to put us even a few minutes after Hazard's penalty but he had a heavy touch after an inch perfect pass from Santi Cazorla.

Özil has the freedom to roam. I understand that most of the game he's on the wing but come on. Being on the wing is no excuse to lose the ball time after time. He was dispossessed about 5 or 6 times today and he lost the ball a few more times with unforced errors. He was dispossessed twice in the Chelsea area in the first half if recall correctly.

I love the dude but a rest is what he needs unfortunately he won't get that with the German National team the next 2 weeks.

The only unexpected result thus far has been the the draw to Leicster. We have had a fairly difficult start to the season. This is one international break I am looking forward to.

Playing Everton, Man City, Spurs and Chelsea all the the first 7 games. When was the last time we had such a difficult start to a league season? Toughest start for any top 8 or so side this season by far.
