Unreal...

At this point, it probably takes less time to list the available players versus the injured guys.

Three games and three injuries.

Also looks like we're not getting Manolas. Which means we might not sign anyone else. If we sell Podolski for 12m and factor in the money made from Verm, Vela, and Cesc, our big unrestricted spending summer will end up being around 20m net.

I don't know who scores a goal for us vs. Besiktas. Alexis better be ready to carry a huge burden.

Maybe we run a 4-4-1-1 ish deal with Ox and Santi wide, Ozil behind Sanchez. Jack and Flamini in the middle, usual back four.

We really need to sign someone in the next week.

word is Giroud is out for a few weeks :/

What happened to him?

I'm looking for an EPL team to bandwagon and Arsenal might have been it based on their 2nd half play on Saturday.

If Giroud is hurt that might change things.....

i would almost put money on us seeing the 4-3-3 with ozil wide again.

If you're worried about supporting arsenal cause a player is hurt then I suggest you avoid them completely. They've had constant troubles with injuries the last several years.

frick you.

Who plays the midfield three though? Arteta and Ramsey are unavailable. Jack, Flamini and who else? Diaby? Chambers?

I'm guessing 4-2-3-1 with Sanchez up top, Ox + Santi wide, Ozil No. 10, Jack/Flamini holding. Not sure though.

I'm really ready to see Rosicky. He speeds up our play so much, and it's been so slow this year. I don't know that there's room for he, Santi, and Ozil, but he at least needs to come on in the 60th minutes if we're stale.

think rosicky should have started v everton and played on the left. it will be whatever arsene thinks our best lineup is. hopefully, it will be what you say. huuuuuge match. can't afford to choke it out.

Ozil better play in the middle or else I'm going to have to choke a bitch. If he's not going to be played in the middle then why did we buy him?

fear that giroud is out for 3mo

FFS forsythe, can't even train our players' ankles to withstand contact from kicked balls.

so now, in the next week, we need to close on carvalho, find another CB (plz not winston reid), and sign a striker. hurrah!

If Giroud is out for that long, surely Wenger has to bring in another striker. Realistically (not Cavani or Falcao), what could we expect to get? Remy? Bony?

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing Wenger bring in a Wilfred Bony type player. If he's looking for someone most similar to what Giroud does, Bony would seem to me like the ideal signing. He's physical, works his arse off and has way more pace than Giroud does. He is a great header of the ball and his hold up play seems pretty strong. Bony always makes an impact on the game when I see Swansea play.

Any thoughts?

i would prefer bony to remy.

cavani is going nowhere now that di maria is a red devil.

i don't know how much of that falcao to 'pool expensive arse loan rumor was true (probably all of it). even if it was, can't see wenger paying that much for a loan, much less for a guy of that age coming off a knee injury.

i think i would rather remy just because of the pace he brings. not that i would be unhappy with bony

We have pace. We need hold up play and finishing, Bony would be a better buy
