He said to "guarantee security" and "peacekeepers". This would be after some truce or whatever
Seems to me this is different than wanting Western Troops to direclty intervene. He may want that but that is not in this statement.

You didn't watch the video The first word out of his mouth was "Troops". He also said they can't be in the cities. They need to be on the frontlines. Why would you need "Troops" after signing a peace deal

My bad - I did not watch the video. I assumed the text was the gist of his comments but in this case they understated/mis-stated what he said in his video.
