Let's break it down.
First, the tweet shown was from over 12 days ago and Zelensky has been seen at both the G7 conference and in Brussels since then.
The rumor has popped up again in the last 5-6 hours but those tweets are all using video of an explosion the Chinese city of Tianjin over 10 years ago (embed at the end of my post).
It is about 11:30 Am in Moscow and there is nothing on RT as of yet, it isn't in the Russian newspapers and Soloyov's morning show on Russia 1 didn't mention it.
At this point, you don't really need to look at the veracity of particular accounts just look at the undeniable facts and listen to Russia itself.
