Nah, because you are lazy. I will summarize for you.
The FedGov should not be making student loans. They should be made by private lenders and be subject to all the same credit risks as any other loan, including dischargeability. The debt should also be subject to review based upon major field of study, so that lenders can assess their risk. If a student switches from STEM to Basket Weaving, the lender should be a le to cease funding and perhaps even call the loan.
No free tuition, unless the student earns a scholarship of some sort or the institution chooses to eliminate it.
I support private health insurance, though I agree with McCain that it would have been a bad idea to eliminate Obamacare without giving the private insurance industry a few years to gear back up. A phase-out over 2-4 years would have been better, and the GOP should have had that plan ready on Day One after taking control of Congress and the White House. The fact that such a plan was NOT ready simply proves that the preceding six years were nothing but posturing.
I do not support forcing insurance to cover BC, if that is your point. From a pragmatic perspective, it would make more financial sense for government to provide birth control rather than pay to support the byproducts of not doing so. So, as a practical matter, I would have no problem with government providing a voluntary, reversible sterilization, with reversal paid by the individual.
I also said that reparations are stupid.

Look into the southern diaspora. The population of the CSA was only 9 million in 1860. About 4% were shot dead by Union soldiers. By 1900, over 1 million whites migrated outside the former confederacy, and over 20 million more whites left over the next century. Much of the Southern white population was back-filled by the 20 million European immigrants (mainly Italians and Jews in search of farm work) that arrived after slavery was abolished.
So in reality, you are no more likely to be related to a slave owner in the south than you are anywhere else.
But none of that really matters because the idea of paying reparations to American blacks for the sins of slavery is fricking lunacy.

I think his math makes some liberal assumptions and his percentages are off but I'm not seeing where he is arguing for reparations?
