I find that most Democrats that I know are cherry pickers. They will tell you oh no I do not believe in abortion on demand but I believe in everything else the Democrats stand for. Or they’ll say I am totally against open borders but I am for everything else that the Democratic Party stands for. I am a Republican and I basically support every position that the Republican party stands for. I find it hard to understand how Libs can claim Christian belief yet support abortion on demand, rioting and burning down property, crt , claiming white privilege and all republicans are raciest, anti police etc.

I believe there are Christians and non-Christian that are both Dem. And Rep. There are a lot of them that call themselves Christians that are not just like there are a lot of chruch people who call themselves Christians that are not. See to be Christian you have to have that personal relationship with Jesus not just attend chruch or vote one way or another. The Bible says that you will know who God's people by there actions not what they say. The good thing is Jesus died for all political parties and also for those who are not connected to a party.

1. I signed a document registering as a Democrat when I was 18 in a small town with no “thought” to it because I had the foresight to know it didn’t really matter what that little paper said
2. I’ve never supported the Democratic/leftist/Marxist movement in anyway or vote
3. I’ve always been pro-freedom
4. And I still don’t care what a little piece of paper says

And by supporting a political party which has become the antithesis of Biblical values and beliefs, by YOUR ACTION of voting for them and perhaps campaigning/financially supporting them…your actions have a lot of consequences which undermine the religious teachings you purport to subscribe to and claim to believe in. Simply put, many Democrat/leftist policies are in direct conflict with Christian tenets.
Also, while Jesus did indeed die for anyone who places their faith in him, he also said you can’t serve two masters. There is a distinct delimitation between Christian teachings and the modern Democrat Party. The Dems have gone the way of moral depravity. You can’t actively work to promote the left’s agenda/ belief system and Christian beliefs simultaneously because they have become mutually exclusive to each other . Two different camps, ergo two masters.

If by being a "help the poor nut", you mean vote for the theft of other peoples money to help the poor, then no, you can't be a christian.
Helping the poor is a personal responsibility for a Christian, as is visiting the widows and orphans.
Supporting clean energy is fine, but if you vote Democrat for clean energy, and choose that as your main issue, while ignoring the horrendous parts of the democrat platform, then no again, you can't be a christian.

We don’t disagree very often but on this topic I’m not following your logic. You say if someone is a born again Christian (the only Christian) they can align with the Democrat Party and not disqualify/lose their salvation. I technically agree but it’s my belief a born again Christian will not align with a political party that champions murdering the innocent.
