Again, putting the decisions out doesn’t exactly stop whackos.

But there won't be any way to change the decision once it's handed down. That's the point

I mean The way to undo the damage would be you know, killing a couple of Supreme Court justices while the Dems are in control..

Sounds like you think revoking RvW IS the "damage" that needs being fixed.

Threatening, intimidating or worse ... to get the votes altered while the Dems are in control is exactly what the Left would love.

Has anyone told you recently that you are a drooling imbecile, because you are a drooling imbecile.

I have posted approximately 1000 times that Roe is an awful decision and should be reversed.

Seriously, you are an idiot.

Well, for one, the final vote on that case had not happened at the time the leak occurred, so the full opinion wasn’t written yet. Secondly, decisions for this term are typically released in June.

They cant release the decision without the dissent, and the dissenting judges have no real need to hurry this along.

See this is where I just disagree. The Supreme Court can do whatever the frick they want to.

If 5 justices on the court agree the can ram through 100,000 cases a day.

There is no requirement they do anything. They can rule on civil and criminal cases across the US until the sun explodes as fast as they want.

If you threaten people's lives they might be so inclined to do so.

This decision literally changes a prior decision.

Obviously getting votes altered is the easiest solution, and also the one where they are least likely to get assassinated till it’s exhausted.

But you’re saying your worried about their life, wel once they make their choice people are gonna wonder how to fix a 6-3 court with lifetime appointment:

They won't change anything, including release dates, over this.

It's taken 50 years, and even RBG said it was bad law. If a national law were to be 'reinstated', it wouldn't be on RvW premise.

I'd not put anything past these whackjobs on the Left.

How are two things related?

Dems had the White House, Senate and House, yet can't stack the courts. They can try, and they will fail. But intimidating, assaulting or 'removing' a Justice (or a member of the Justice's staff or family) so they can't vote is a valid concern.

Not my opinion, but from those in charge whose job it is to see to their security.

The court can hand down a ruling any time it wants. They could hand it down today, if they want to.

These justices are human. Could all the threats and character attacks cause the opposite of what there’re intended to do?

Altering the process would be nuts.

Is the leak not altering the process?

Why would that have any impact? You think the vitriol will be lessened after it is released?

If the decision satisfies the vitriolers, yes.

There will be 3 judges in record saying Thisnis the wrong move for x reason.

If you flip the court and someone who wants an abortion get there then you’ll have 5 saying that was a partisan move and shouldn’t have happened.

No we haven’t had a political assisantion in quite some time, so I am Not advocating for this or saying it will happen, but they aren’t MORE safe just because it’s decided.

When the story first broke they said the final report was set for presentation in early June. It's not a postponement. Yet.

I'm not saying there will be any postponement. I'm saying because of the leak (why haven't we been told who leaked yet?) there should be an exception made and this decision be handed down now.

Yes, they CAN do this. Just call for a meeting and press forward. A few weeks won't alter anything about the ruling.
