I’m asking you to be specific on charges

I’m not a lawyer, so no.

Where is more appropriate to place someone that needs skilled care, health department regulated infection control, trained/licensed staff, than a skilled care facility? SNF, in theory, should be the safest place on earth to send Covid positives. The negligence is on the part of SNF personnel, quite obviously.

He had fricking Navy medical ships. This conversation is over.
quote:

How has he falsified documents/data? Sure, he gained some knowledge in hindsight that demographic data was skewed, not really making a difference in the grand scheme of things. This myriad of charges you bring up don’t exist, because this is a reporting process anomaly at no fault to Cuomo. The approach in LTC facilities when a test comes back positive is 1) Can we send this person somewhere else? Anywhere else? 2) If we have to care for them here, so be it.

Hindsight? Really? His aide even admitted they covered shite up to keep the feds off of them

Good point. That’s why they wouldn’t allow nursing homes to test patients being admitted to their facilities - so they’d get the best skilled care. Right?

Oh wait...

Idiot.

I am sitting here stunned at you. Cuomo has been getting widespread, bipartisan condemnation for his handling of the nursing homes during covid. His approval rating in NY is down a net 25 points, and by a 56-38 margin, voters don't want him to run again.

Multiple democratic lawmakers in the state are calling for him to be investigated and even resign.

You are the first person I have met yet who is defending cuomo.

You also have more than half the country too scared to get a shot and selfish enough to write off entire segments of population so they can eat Taco Bell in the lobby. People are fricking idiots man. They crusade for the most baseless and least constructive shite they read on Facebook.

I’m not defending Cuomo. I don’t know anything about him. I could give a shite what happens in New York on most days. I’m simply explaining there are flaws in your perspective fallacies, as I have direct real world experience with how and why these things happen the way they do. You can continue being spoon-fed your next tragedy to be upset at, as that’s your prerogative. I just find it incredibly hypocritical that the same crowd has been melting about “false narratives” for 12 months.

I'm not scared. I don't need it and neither does most of the population.

If masks work, then wear one if you want and I'll wear one if I want.

An economy isn't magic. It needs production and commerce and stuff to work and all those people you're writing off when you shut down the country don't get paid just because you want everyone to be as scared as you.

What did he really do to become persona non grata?

Deep state is cutting him loose for some reason. What?

It is really weird.

He doesn’t seem to have cultivated any allies. But they’re turning on him quicker than anything I’ve ever seen.

His lockdown policies are crippling NY's economy and real estate market. Cuomo did his part; the Orange Man is out. The people with power have had enough and want to start making money again.

So you understand why they altered the data but you’re pretending you don’t understand. Got it.

Yeah. Someone who can string together two coherent thoughts with logic and tie cause and effect. And a big fan of individual responsibility.

Well, if you aren't scared the only other answer is you have an obsessive desire to control others, which I'm pretty sure makes you a sociopath.

How about a fricking hospital, isolated from non infected patients, you idiot?

fricking nursing homes are simply not equipped or staffed to handle people with infectious diseases. You know where they send their patients who have infectious diseases? The damn hospital.

If there was nothing wrong nor shady about this then why massage and fudge the numbers as has been admitted by team Cuomo?

But when you look at the whole picture, and take into account we knew this months ago, when the media was praising, giving him rewards and Emmys, you just have to ask yourself what in the world is this media and justice system doing and what are their motivations when they actually prosecute people and hold them accountable.
IMO, this was the actual stealing of the election. I think all the vote counting conspiracy shite is crazy. But the vast under and mis reporting of the virus and of the "protests" amounted to a conpiratorial effort to influence the election - and it worked.

Literally, this a-hole Cuomo was uncritically allowed to do victory laps over his great covid behavior - only to find out he is worse than anything Trump was every accused of.
