I don't think they've actually seen them. I think they've seen the inventory list, probably leaked from the Trump camp. The DOJ would have leaked it to the Washington Post or NYT if they were behind this leak.

FBI search at Mar-a-Lago removed 11 sets of classified information
Trump is such a dumbass.
He should have just sent them to a personal email account on a server in his basement.
Oh, wait. Florida doesn't do basements. My bad.

You own the power grab taking place. Congratulations

I don’t see how they gave the WSJ the actual classified Documents, they have to be trusting a list. They visited Maralago and locked up a bunch of documents, are these them? The ones they already locked up?

They were there in June and the FBI knew that. Why didn’t they take them then?
Not close enough to the mid-terms.

There are no classified documents if Trump declassified them.
And yes they just have the list, they don't have any documents.

What constitutes a “set of classified information”? Seems like odd nomenclature.
The “nuclear documents” they found were this CD. Apparently, it’s a state secret what a big U2 fan Donald Trump is.

They didn’t seek access to search private guest rooms, such as those of Mar-a-Lago members, according to the document.
This is purposefully misleading. It kind of reads like they didn’t search the private residence of Trump.

There are no classified documents if Trump declassified them.
But suggesting that this one binder is all that was contained in those 11-15 boxes it’s just silly.

Does that single binder constitute the exhaustive list of EVERYTHING Trump declassified? How do we (you?) know that?

sought to search “the 45 Office,” as well as “all storage rooms and all other rooms or areas within the premises used or available to be used by [the former president] and his staff and in which boxes or documents could be stored, including all structures or buildings on the estate.”

Are you suggesting there are any boxes that weren’t present in June?

Yep. The narrowly tailored “all structures or buildings on the estate”.

They have already come out and claimed that Trump declassified everything in his possession.
Posted on 8/12/22 at 1:11 pm to AggieHank86
We are only suggesting it because that is what Trump, his lawyers and everyone else on his team are saying. They didn't specifically say Trump declassified one box. They are saying he declassified all of it.
