It could be used to delay the 2024 election due to the inability to ensure a “safe and secure” election? I’m starting to wonder.

no, they would never admit it, unless its to say trump is now president but he cant run for re-election since this counts as his second term.
something along the lines of reinstate him 2 weeks before the election so joe automatically wins since trump cant run.

This has been audited and played out in the courts already. No significant fraud that would impact the results.
You are attempting to redefine what fraud is. That’s not fraud.
Some of the state SOS acted outside of the state legislators’ explicit directives, in order to achieve more voters’ access during the pandemic. True. I’m sure it pissed people off who wanted to restrict voting access and discourage mail in voting.
Of course there can also be arguments whether the efforts to restrict access were not constitutional as well.
