Pardons can't be 'turned down". Once granted, that's it. You've got one. The person being pardoned has nothing to say about it other than thanks or what this person said.

Usually Stockholm Syndrome doesn't apply to innocent people wrongfully jailed by the State, but I guess she's an example that it can happen.
But of course a woman caved to the pressure. She can speak for herself, but to claim NO ONE should receive a pardon? That's brainwashing there, straight up.

Thanks, that was an interesting read. Pretty good portrait of an attention-seeking nutter who jumps from movement to movement, and goes around trying to escalate things just so she can say she was there. A shame for her family that they have to read the shite she says about her mother.
ETA: I do believe she's telling the truth about past drug and alcohol problems, just probably not the whole or current truth.
