sorry you’re an emotional hemophiliac
Really? Thomas Matthew Crooks would say hold my beer if he weren’t dead and was actually old enough to drink.

And????? I'm not sure how this changes anything?
Well to be fair, TGP was reporting old information, and that was a bond determination hearing from a few days ago, so it's not perfect, but the case was apparently so shitty they couldn't even get an indictment. So now it's probably over, regardless.

If it was not a threat, as you say. Next time there is a dimtard president you should say/do the same thing so we can test your theory.

Yes, TMC was a male with access to guns who practiced with them and had become proficient. This goofy bitch looks like she works for a bank and sits at home watching the shopping network.
About the most damage this woman will be able to do moving forward is vote for Democrats.
BTW, TT is slam full of these idiots, all wishing someone would harm the POTUS. At least in this situation she has an ankle monitor.

So there’s a lot of conditions on the laws against threatening the life of the President. I didn’t know that.

Beyond not getting an indictment, what made the case shitty?

Boasberg doesn't give 2 shits about hiding his political activism!! This guy needs to be reigned in.
Needs to meet the LM type on the streets one day.
These people make me not have any emotion when the reckoning comes nomatter how nasty it is.
They won’t keep getting away with this. I’m just here waiting for history repeat itself and it will. It’s guaranteed.

Correct.
The first and most important is that you have to pass the subjective review of lefties who get to determine if the person is actually a threat.

Or even if they sympathize enough with her sentiment to not care if what she did was illegal.

What isn't mentioned in the story is he also made her pinky swear she wouldn’t try to kill Trump.
Calling BS. That judge would never do that... ever! Maybe you meant the opposite.

Okay then, you changed my mind. You’re correct and this bitch needs to be placed under arrest immediately and jailed. How long should she be jailed for the threat?
Until the person threatened is out of office? That wouldn’t work, because she could still try and kill him. Five years? 20 years. Life?
Or should it be like you or I…if we threatened to kill someone on social media?

Democrats all but told their crazies to murder USSC justices over the abortion ruling.
This won't end until they're forced to or something worse than Butler PA happens.
And why isn't there more fall out from that still?

Here ya go......
quote:
Threatening to kill the President of the United States (POTUS) is a serious federal offense under 18 U.S.C. § 871, which prohibits knowingly and willfully making any threat to take the life of, kidnap, or inflict bodily harm upon the President, President-elect, Vice President, Vice President-elect, or other officers next in the order of succession to the Presidency. This applies even if the threat is made via mail, electronic communication (such as social media or email), or verbally, and it does not require proof that the person intended to actually carry out the threat or had the means to do so—only that the statement was a "true threat" (i.e., serious and not mere political hyperbole, idle talk, or a joke) made with willful intent.Possible Sentences and PenaltiesThis is classified as a Class E felony. The statutory maximum penalty is imprisonment for up to 5 years, a fine (which can reach up to $250,000 under federal guidelines for felonies), or both. Additional consequences may include 3 years of supervised release following any prison term and a $100 special assessment fee.
