I do not have children and my nieces and nephews are woke. I do not have a lot of money but I plan on leaving my estate to a young black man I work with. He is not what I call MAGA, but he appreciates the man's policies and efforts to help all Americans. He is hard working, has a thirst for knowledge, respectful of others, listens to ideas he may not first agree with, shows great ability to think critically, is a strong believer of the 2nd amendment, and has overcome a great deal of adversity without complaining about it. I consider him a friend and if I did have a son, I could only hope he would turn out like him. He is just the opposite from the young people in my family.
Note: This plan was formulated over 6 months ago, before BLM came up with the idea.

If you totally disinherit someone the court may be willing to throw the will out on a challenge, but if you leave some amount in then the court is less likely to do so.

Yes, implemented in East Germany by the Stazi. The East Germans were much more harsh on their subjects than the Russian communists.
