When a person is knowingly killing small children - you bet. Look, this is not like a bank robbery where a guy is holding 21 people hostage and threatening to kill them if he doesn't get what he wants. He's not there to murder people, he there's to steal money. In that case you try to talk him down. However, in this school shooting this nut's objective was to kill kids. He had no plans to negotiate. You take him out if possible.

Umm, the police supposedly got into a shootout with the guy when he crashed his truck. Then he somehow made if from there into the school where he shot another cop before going on a rampage inside the school while the cops did not follow him inside.

Yes, the cops are to blame here.

You guys, these things are false flag shootings

I think it would be nearly impossible to have everyone involved in a cover up, of this magnitude, and there not be a whistle blower or at least one person slipping up. If you're correct then it's time to admit the America we love is gone for ever.

However it is a stupid thing to do. Are there multiple shooters? Are there explosives? etc.... Police patrolmen are not trained to rush into a live fire situation. They are trained to set up and contain the situation until a higher authority makes a decision. Cops are not superhuman crime fighters.

Anyone who sat outside of a school, while a shooter was inside popping off rounds, is a pussy. You can take your explosives and multiple shooters and shove them up your arse.

And the same people that say the cops should have gone in would be the ones screaming if a Leo stray bullet hits a kid. This is a no win situation for everyone, Leo is damned either way

From an emotional standpoint I agree But no one knew, at that moment, that there was only 1shooter. Could have been multiple shooters and there could been a possible trap to kill first responders. Rushing in without proper recon could lead to an even bleaker outcome

So you just wait until the shooter gets done with his business before attempting to stop him? That's convenient.

You don’t want to hear this, but that is exactly the strategy of the police.

Wait until the ammo is gone.

Maybe you wouldn't but you know damn well there is a group out there that would stand on a pedestal blaming the police. Heck all the videos showed Kyle Rittenhouse was 100% in the right yet half the country wanted to ignore facts and hang the kid.

I don't think so. The guy was in the process of shooting kids. Only a fricking moron would pivot on the cops for a kid getting shot in that situation when the cops were trying to stop the shooter.

Only a fricking retard would do that. And retards aren't to be taken seriously.

Then you haven't been paying attention. There has been indisputable evidence of police being in the right and yet cities have still been set on fire.

You deal with the consequences as they arise. It shouldn't ever stop someone from doing what's right in the moment.

More excuse making for corrupt cops.

Actually yes. I will blame the police.

I believe current police thought is you go into an active shooter situation.

You don't just surround the building.

Yes, if they waited outside while shooting was going on inside I think very poorly of those police.

This is what kind of police the left wants.

The UK independent reported that the school resource officer confronted then retreated from the shooter giving him access to the classroom.

You're using emotions based statements and ignoring reality. Blaming the police yet where is your outrage for his family and everyone else that ignored the signs.

This is needlessly simplistic.
The ultimate blame can go to the shooter while still analyzing the response to the shooting.

This *1000
A single shot inside the school should have triggered immediate storming of the school
If true, police should be prosecuted.

These people are called parents. What parent would not put there safety 2nd to their child's safety.

Probably ends bad for the parent but that's instinct.

Without any recon at all? Emotions say yes but intelligence tells you no. Rushing in blind could easily lead to worse outcomes.

That's what they sign up for. You hope for the best but expect the worst but you shoulder the blame either way. If they are going to act only on good intentions without recourse then just how valuable are their services in less than perfect situations.
