I don’t understand the prosecution strategy here. Why are they trying to impeach Bradley. He went to great pains to avoid spilling the beans on Wade and Willis.

I'm also confused why she started doing MAGA's work for them. It's like she forgot what team she was on. Like that clip of the two Florida players blocking each other.

The state has been arguing that any non-personal knowledge that Mr. Bradley had about when the relationship between Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade began is covered by attorney client privilege.

Trump's attorney asked Mr. Bradley about why his business relationship with Mr. Wade severed, and Mr. Bradley stated that he could not speak about that because it was privileged discussions. The judge went along with that and the defense couldn't go into it further.

The state attorney then asked him if the reason why the business relationship dissolved is because of sexual abuse allegations, he answered yes and gave specifics. But that is not attorney client privileged obviously. So now the judge said he needs to have a behind closed doors discussion because he doesn't think Mr. Bradley understands attorney client privilege at all.

If the state didn't get into this, the veil of privilege likely remains intact. Not there are massive holes and the potential that many communications he had with Mr. Wade are not actually privileged and must be shared on the record.

I do not understand where she is going with this. What did this witness give the defense with his testimony

Those text messages that were entered into evidence earlier from Bradley to Merchant must be really damning. They must be trying to burn his credibility preemptively as a result.

My guess is that he gave them something unknowingly that burned them and people haven’t necessarily realized what yet.

But didn't she object to the content of the discussion about why the firm or business relationship disolved as being privileged? There were so many objections flying around that I can't recall.

Could be wrong, but I think she was objecting because she thought Sadow was trying to stretch that conversation as being the relationship between Willis and Wade. Then I believe Gillen was asking about specifics of dates when Bradley left the partnership and continued representing Wade in the divorce. This opened the door for the State, IMO, to try and show that Willis was not the reason for Bradley leaving, but it backfired

Anyone willing to spend three years and six figures can apparently get one.

Yep! They had this last guy and the supposed victim lined up to torch him. It was obvious it was in response to whatever was in those text messages

I am not one; however, I was raised by one. Would find this quite entertaining and disturbing at the same time.

If they are torching him preemptively, kind of gives him reason for deciding that privilege is now null and void doesn’t it?

Law school is free if you’re smart enough. You should go for it.

Correct me if I’m wrong but if they are able to impeach his testimony, that would include the texts correct?

But Bradley did every thing he could to protect Wade. No socializing. Only talking about sports. Don't recall. No invoices for being his divorce lawyer. And then the State steps up and starts in with the sexual assault allegations. I bet that guy is absolutely about to blow a gasket.

Look at the company he runs with.

Fani, her dad, and Wade all have that same issue.
