Blacks have been in the south for 200 years. Why is it just now a problem? You think mass numbers of rednecks are gonna move to Vermont?

If you have money there are plenty of options. If you aren’t around certain demographics you don’t have much to worry about.

People who value their safety and financial future started fleeing shithole southern locations many decades ago.

Why does Louisiana have 3 of the most dangerous cities in the US (Shreveport, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans)?

Why does Louisiana have a much costlier overall tax burden than other options such as Texas, Florida, and Tennessee? Is that the reason Louisiana cannot produce enough jobs that can keep the college educated kids from leaving?

So many people leave Louisiana. Very few ever move back.

People also leave Texas and Florida. But so many move back.

Our states don’t have generous welfare programs so we get the “good” illegals that roof and stuff and we don’t get a lot of muslims and Indians because those people are more racist than whites

In the USA, land of opportunity, populations rarely "flee" something but move to something better. So I ask if there's going to be "flight", any demographic, what is the pull (ignore the push)? Where is the pull?

The trend is to more and more urbanization. The tech revolution is producing the same result as the industrial revolution in which population is becoming more and more concentrated in urban areas.

This includes the south. So if the flight is to urban areas, why would they flee the south to do that (until the Dems put so much regulations on Freon we can't afford air conditioners that is)? Climate change isn't real so the coastlines aren't getting inundated and Monroe hasn't turned into Timbuktu.

With those questions in mind, I say the answer to your question is 'no'. Not in the foreseeable future anyway.
