He can be federally pardoned.
Fauci, for example, was preemptively pardoned.

He isn’t getting charged. If he was federal court would be a huge win. Dummy.

I standby my statement that he will never stand trial in Minnesota state court. I actually don't think he will ever be charged.

I know. But you missed my point.
There’s a hypothetical scenario (dem admin, no federal pardon) that a case against him getting moved to a federal court would NOT be a good thing (for Mr Ross).

He’s a federal employee. He will not even see a civil suit.

TF even is this jibberish?

Off topic, but my fiancée’s Ex is representing himself in family court during their divorce proceeding and seems to be using Chat GPT or some other AI chat bot to prepare his case. All I can say is that it isn’t going very well for him, which is great because he is a douche. Stacking L’s left and right. Chat bots respond to questions as they are asked. So if you have a different view of the actual facts, because you are a narcissist, its responses will most likely be skewed. But watching it unfold is worthy of popcorn.

Why do you continuously dox the agent in your replies.
Your efforts are pretty transparent and disgusting.
I've seen a number of you lefties doing this in your replies....almost like it is coordinated.

An ICE agent can detain US citizens only for a FEDERAL crime committed in their presence.
The videos don't show Good violating any federal laws. Maybe she was (18 USC 111), but I would like to see some video evidence of that. FWIW, Agent Ross (who had been on the scene) didn't seem to have any reason to detain her BEFORE the guys in the Nissan arrive.
When we see her vehicle, it's blocking all of the bike lane and (maybe) one lane of the two way street. She doesn't appear to be blocking the street any more than does Agent Ross's SUV (to her right in the videos). Was she moving her vehicle back and forth across the whole of Portland Avenue?

I'm not doxxing anyone. In fact, I refrained from using his name until it was widely circulated. Now, it's just a time-saver.
Secretary Noem is the one who led reporters to figuring out who he was by announcing his specific previous wounds.
And frick you for continually calling me a Leftie. I just don't think it serves any good purpose to lie about the facts of this case.
So, I will ask you...was Secretary Noem telling the truth about Good attacking ICE agents (plural) who were digging a vehicle out of the snow?

Is it bad that I did a fist pump and Ric Flair whooo when I found out it was a white woman

And? As I correctly stated: An ICE agent can detain a US citizen.

Nope. Perfectly normal response as long as you love this country and don’t want to see it fail.

Agreed. So we can agree the shooting was justified.

I hope you’re joking. You know he doesn’t have the power to to pardon Chauvin, right? Right?

Based on a rational reading of the law and facts almost certainly it was justified.
I also thought Derek Chauvin and Donald Trump were innocent. You never know what will happen in a Minnesota court, with a Minnesota judge, prosecutor, and jury.
As for removal to federal court, I don't think that's a slam dunk...and, of course, that would still involve a Minnesota jury and, probably, a Democrat-appointed judge.

Chauvin plead guilty to Federal Civil Rights charges.
