Which means it was a clerical error that theoretically would hurt DEMs and not a plot to "Steal" the election from Trump

Yes you're about to see a lot of pivoting and pretending they didn't lump this in with "the steal"

However, they also have to admit this wouldn't have affected the EC results b/c losing GA wouldn't have lost Biden the 2020 election.

And, since this was not an example of "the steal" and is just a clerical error, you'd have to find another clerical error elsewhere to flip the election for Trump.

Why? The judgment is not only final, it has nothing to do with this MAGA echo chamber nonsense.

Wut? This makes zero sense.

Democrats have no fear of laws being enforced in elections.

It makes perfect sense to rational people

The only reason these votes weren't legitimate is a clerical error.

The allegation is not that the votes were illegitimate b/c they weren't cast by legitimate voters legally.

So had these votes been invalidated, it would only hurt DEMs

Why would DEMs concoct a plot to hurt themselves?

You're not a rational person. So I'll ignore the rest of your post that is certainly more nonsense.

Except I just laid out the rational framework after the words you quoted.

I see you skipped it to throw out terrible ad homs instead

C'mon man. You know better than. The whole board knows better than that.

DOJ needs to corner these two up and start offering plea deals to name names and offer evidence.

Otherwise, its 20 years in a 8' x12' prison cell.

Your history makes this exceptionally unlikely.

Your post started with a claim that your previous post made sense to rational people after I claimed it made zero sense. Your preamble is a claim that i am not rational which is an ad hom by your definition.

You don't even realize when you trip and commit mistakes that unwind your typical attempts at defense (ad hom!)

You're not a serious , rational, or particularly smart person. That's probably why you chose family law for a career. It's ok, but you'll come across betters in your life frequently. That's exactly what's happening here.

Fair, I only read the text.

However, in that video, he made allegations that in no way apply to the facts of the 315k being discussed.

He referenced votes "that aren't even signed" or are "forgeries"

He did not reference votes cast on machines that weren't validated at 0 to start the day.

Why would heavily DEM Fulton country risk losing 315k votes that would be dominated by Biden votes? Because the allegations are not that these were "new" or "added" votes for a "steal".

This has been talked about for 5 years dude. Keep up or you aren’t worth talking to.

I don't think any of the "steal" talk over the past 5 years applies to this event, as the post you quoted explains.

quote:

Keep up

I think the issue is people aren't keeping up with the real stories and this example is somewhat perfect to show that.

People see this story and think 315k votes were illegal due to fraud when that is simply not the case, and comparing the 2016 and 2024 totals shows this.

Maybe so, but that doesn’t take away from the fact Rudy had the opportunity to present “everything” for discovery. Remember, Trump was taking a lot of losses during this period too. If he had the smoking gun, or enough evidence to ‘change the narrative’, he did Trump and the rest of us a disservice.

How would poll workers fricking up and potentially invalidating 300k votes much more likely to be DEM, help steal the election?
The "fricking up," as you term it, involved avoiding BIPARTISAN sign offs on likely non-zeroed machine tallies, dubious scanner switches (again, with no zero starts documented), etc. The situation is not dissimilar to the Fulton Co DVS test center "fricking up" by creating thousands of potential counterfeit votes. Both provided a wide open glide slope for tens of thousands of fraudulent votes .... assuming ANYone in Fulton might want to, or be monetarily incented to, cheat.

Now you're adding to the story without evidence.
