Found your first sign of her being a Democrat. She complains about finances but doesn’t want to do her part. She expects you to handle that while she votes with emotion. I don’t think her choice in the election is her worst attribute.

My wife isn't that stupid, but the gaggle of hens she works with are.

She told me tonight, and I’m furious. She says she’s voting straight R otherwise, but I don’t give an F. She says since we are in La it doesn’t matter. I’m shocked, but concerned about these other stupid women in their upper 30s who vote.
If it were me (I love my wife) I'd figure out a way of talking sense to her. I can't imagine my wife being so far off that I couldn't explain how important it was that she got this right. I mean, how are you raising your kids right? Your sons are literally going to be facing violence if things don't start changing.
Beyond that, the days of her working 4 days a week would be over.
And, if Trump won, I'd laugh my arse off at her and never let her forget it.

Avoiding political discussions is the norm in my family as I am the one and only Republican. Since even broaching the subject results in explosive outbursts (typical of the Leftist mindset), discussions are far and few between. Perhaps it is time to sit your wife down with a book about the Soviet Union and Stalin if she thinks that any form of socialism is a viable alternative. As for oil, increases in gasoline and home heating fuel will be an extra burden Americans presently do not need due to lack of employment (thanks again to Democratic legislation.) Election day is close at hand so take comfort in knowing that soon this will all be behind us depending on which candidate wins.

I don't understand how anyone who works in healthcare can vote Democrat.
This is one of the main reasons my wife is not voting Biden. I don't think she's voting Trump either, because she has TDS, but she's not voting Biden.
