Wife is voting for Biden. I’m contemplating divorce. UPDATE: voting libertarian
I’ll probably stick it out for the sake of the kids, but who knows.

We are both physicians, but she is always concerned about finances. I make 2/3 of our total income and go out of my way to work extra. She is not full time (works 4 days per week).

She told me tonight, and I’m furious. She says she’s voting straight R otherwise, but I don’t give an F. She says since we are in La it doesn’t matter. I’m shocked, but concerned about these other stupid women in their upper 30s who vote.

UPDATE
After our fight this morning, she says she does not like Trump, but Biden is bad for our family (higher taxes, “white privilege” et al). She is voting Libertarian, which is more her political philosophy anyway.

I have this same problem it drives me crazy. She admits that Biden is mentally unfit and she hates the majority of his policies AND she voted for Scott Walker TWICE!

She has TDS something BAD. It makes zero sense.

It sounds like your marriage had problems long before this revelation.

You would actually divorce over an election

She wants the D. A living, trusting wife would never violate the desires and beliefs of a husband. Look at Ivanka. She concerted to Judaism when she married Jared. That is REAL conviction.

Sorry for you. This would potentially break up my marriage.

Biden’s tax plan alone for y’all should’ve been the biggest issue she needed to not vote for Biden...

Should he win... You should say “ I better not hear you ever complain about our take home being less than it should be “

I was going to ask what state and I kind of agree. But then again this is how we end up with shitty governors like JBE.

I’m concerned about anyone who votes for Biden.
I’ll never understand it.
I honestly think it’s a satan thing.

Nope not at all. But how dare she complain about finances when I’m busting my arse for the family, and then go vote for the guy who is going to raise taxes. If she goes back to full time to make up for the income loss, then she can help save our marriage.

So glad I don’t have to deal with this. My wife doesn’t follow & keep up like i do so naturally i influence her. But she’s not dumb. She doesnt need me to tell her how to feel. She sees it. When the George Floyd shite happened and everybody was all in their feelings, she posted that black screen BLM-BS on Instagram. Got in a fight about it. Explained some things. She didn’t know what they were about. Then she was embarrassed. 6 months later, she wants to stick a Trump sign in our yard & im like “nah, prolly not a good idea” lol

I asked my wife who she voted for back in 2016. Being from Seattle, I assumed Clinton and told her I wouldn't hold it against her if she did.

She laughed at me and said "Like I'd vote for that bitch". Needless to say she's been wearing a coat since 2016, and has no intention of taking it off any time soon.

She’s concerned about finances, so why is she not concerned about Biden repealing Trump’s taxes cuts, raising taxes on high earners and corporations.

If you are contemplating divorce solely because your wife is voting differently from you, you are mentally ill. Get a grip.

Prayers baw. Mine is a Trump voting, hard working, hell of a mom, sex machine.

ETA: She does ask a bunch of questions about hunting and when I’m coming home though. So we all have our battles.

She went Libertarian in ‘16, which I was fine with.
