He should tell the Taliban leadership of Afghanistan to support clinics instead of terror.

Once he does that, get back to us.

Man, if Biden would not have destabilized their country by pulling out, they would have clinics. - Is that how it’s done?

So in other words we had been paying for the reproduction of Islamic terrorists.

Why did their govt. not provide them medical facilities? Or even the free market? They could have services provided, then pay for the services and err'body is happy.

Not my circus, not my monkeys.

Yeah, every comment says not the US's problem.

That was reassuring to see.

Some guy with the same last name as our president is the president of Afghanistan?

That's a heck of a coincidence.

MSM seems to imply that when all of us were born, we signed a social contract to pay for the medical care of people all over the world. They come first.

If a POTUS ever pulls us from the UN, they will be my all time GOAT. We are not indentured servants to savages who are incapable of providing their families

the clinic was in Shesh Pol village in Afghanistan's north-eastern Badakhshan province.

Take it up with the taliban, pal.

Warning: Readers may find some details in this article distressing. The clinic in Shesh Pol is one of more than 400 medical facilities that closed down in Afghanistan, one of the world's poorest countries, after the Trump administration cut nearly all US aid to the country earlier this year, in a drastic and abrupt move following the dismantling of the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

I don’t find the information to be even the slightest bit “distressing”.

We (Biden) gave them almost $3 billion since 2021, helping fund everything from terrorism to over 400 medical clinics.

I don’t care about their medical clinics. The Taliban is running the country, it’s the Taliban’s problem.

Maybe if the Taliban had sold some of the billions of dollars worth of gear Joe left behind....

So not our problem.

Afghanistan is a hostile nation. How do people argue we should fund their civil infrastructure with a straight face? They didn’t want us there, perfect with me. They can deal with their own problems
