Lunatic, yes, cognitively impaired, also yes. But his biggest issue in my view is that he is a bum. He's never had a real job and has lived off his parents his entire life. He's in is 50s, ffs. The fact that this bum is the D nominee for Senate for the state of Pennsylvania should alarm all citizens of Pennsylvania and it speaks volumes about the quality of candidates available.
